First off for anyone who hasn't heard the Wolf Parade news... Their album will be released on Sub Pop on June 17th!! It was recorded and engineered by drummer Arlen Thompson. The cover artwork will be a collaborative effort between Matt Moroz and Elizabeth Huey . The album is still untitled, but here is the tracklist...

In other news... Miles Benjamin Anthony Robinson ,whom you might know from my Top Ten albums of 2007 list, is releasing the very same album this july 1st on Say Hey Records. I got the album at an MBAR show back in '07, which explains why it made my top ten list, and also might hint at the fact that you should probably make an effort to listen to it. He also has a few exciting shows up his sleeve. You can catch him opening for Langhorne Slim (Record Release Party) at NYC's Mercury Lounge on April 30th, before he leaves on tour with, Radiohead label mates, White Rabbits.
